Resident evil 8 Village going to be best and most creepiest RE game.

It looks like RE7 but step forward i mean the graphics, the atmosphere, the first person immersion even story which suck in RE was great in RE7 and looks like its going to follow the same style.

out of all of sudden. Resident evil went from one of the most overrated franchise to something truly great.

and i have to say this going to be easily best RE game ever made.

Oh look, a game superglues a GoPro to the head of the protagonist, and all of a sudden it's 10/10 in the eyes of Ghost.

I suppose a freaking supervolcano could erupt and blanket the Earth in natural nuclear winter, and I could still count on some semblance of stability.

Looks like RE4, OG RE, and RE7 mixed with some Victorian/gothic spin.

It looks like RE7 with a larger scope and variety. Hopefully, the survival and puzzle mechanics that RE is known for are still there.

RE7 was good at the beginning, but did not feel like a RE game to me. The boat part was the definition of how not to make video games.

RE8 does look and feel like a RE game i want to get on day one. All the cool characters and nice looking environment, now we talking a proper RE game.

and thats why it was great. it broke action focus RE style and turn into proper horror and immersive game.

As for me... I'm done with the series. That said, even if it was third person, I probably wouldn't bother with it. I've simply stopped caring about horror games.

7 is one of my top 3 in the series, and this game looks even better. Pretty sure the Slash from guns n roses looking dude is like some kind of Van Helsing type character who wields that giant Hammer. Maybe he helps out Ethan or something.

This was supposed to be Revelations 3 but they liked it so much in house they made it mainline. At least according to the leaks.

I honestly thought the writing was incredibly cringe. Way worse than usual even though it's never been a masterpiece dialogue wise.

Points the gun around the room, so freaking amazing WOW, casual4ever you're a clown, it will be shit just like the last game.

So hyped, but It's gonna be tough to surpass Resident Evil 7. I just hope Koshi Nakanishi is directing it. So glad they didn't go back to the old school style

But I will give Capcom the benefit of the doubt RE8 doesn't come out until next year so they have plenty of time to fix their graphics.

I cant wait to play it but something about the RE4 vibe and setting tells me it won't be as creepy as the baker mansion in RE7. Maybe it's the werewolves and shit I just dunno. Marguerite in VR was the scariest thing in the entire series. Still, can't wait.

Got strong Hammer Horror/Elizabeth Báthory vibes. It's interesting looking compared to the generic overdone Texas Chainsaw Massacure stuff.

Not keen on first person though unless its proper VR intigration like Alyx.

TBH, RE7 nailed the horror aspect so much that I couldn't play. I've said before that i'm a b*tch with regards to that. That being said, the gameplay was far less enjoyable for me as compared to the OG RE games, as well as the remakes.

I'm not feeling it ... the werewolf is such a big meh for me ... the "evil" Chris Redfield is like ... really ??? The graphics IMO do not look all that "next gen" ... i have some big doubts about this one.
