Highly doubt it will be an EPIC exclusive, Look how much GTA 5 made on Steam.

And having it on Epic and Social Club is not an "epic exclusive" it´s almost as stupid as calling certain Xbox One games exclusives.

Epic isn't paying for exclusivity. They are paying to keep games OFF steam.

So it doesn't matter if games like Anno and The Division continue to be sold on Uplay, away from the epic store. Epic just doesn't want those games appearing on steam.

Epic is paying for exposure to their platform so making it non-exclusive makes zero sense since people will stick to whatever other choices there is, no one will go "oh Epic let´s go give a massive Chinese government supported company all our info".

But RDR will not be exclusive to Epic and certainly not "forever" Rockstar knows where the cash is and if anyone thinks that Rockstar is not able to get a better deal than some random indie developer where they take 30% they are pretty naive.

Well I stopped buying Rockstar games after GTA 4 so who cares.

Once you go 144Hz, it's hard to go back 60fps unless I don't have a choice, I'll be okay it. 30fps though, NO WAY!!!

I doubt Take-Two wouldn't want to lose money and GTAV made a tons of cash on Steam, Take-Two would be fools to lose lots of money on Steam. I try to avoid using Epic as much as I can.

It's Boring anyway. Don't bother buying it plus you won't have to use epic store if that's something that irks you. Save your 60 dollars for a better game.

take two sign a contract with epic as a result outer worlds, borderlands 3 and now RDR2 are only on Epic.

You clearly have no idea how Rockstar´s deal with Take-Two is.

Houser and his brother have multiple times said they own all the rights to their games and they are the ones controlling where Rockstar games go, why do you think Rockstar Social club launcher exist?

Take-Two can sign any deal with Epic they want as to Borderlands and other Gearbox/2k titles, but when it comes to Rockstar, there is only one boss in town. And a hint it´s not the CEO of Take-Two.

All steam have to do is lower the cut price they get from a sale. I read somewhere its like 25% which is ridiculous .

Imagine thinking rdr2 releasing on epic store makes it inferior then a console game that barely runs the game at 30fps on medium if lucky settings.

Actually I did. I should have said after the expansions because I got the game along with the expansions later. Hell even that is wrong, I did buy MP3. What I meant was I got fed up with Rockstar's bullsh*t of treating PC as a after thought and didn't even acknowledge its existence. GTA V shouldn't have been released on last gen to begin with, because it ran like crap. Dipping in framerate everytime there was some action on screen. Delaying a potential pc version, just so they can make more money.
