The animation/frame rate on the dog looks like it's running at 8 fps. What the hell is going on with that? lol
Game bogs down a lot. It seems like it's going to be fun though. Anybody else have those problems?

What did you expect from a 6/10?
They're hilariously bad at some points. The gameplay is pretty fun though. The world is decent.
Sounds about right for a 6/10 game :P
I don't know if it can beat Mankind Divided.
I've played both. Recore is definitely worse in that department.
That's pretty freaking sad.

Crazy to think that Mankind Divided was a big budget game in development for 5 years and that was the end result. A step back from HR in every possible way.

lol yup. I might make a video later on. Leaving in a few to pick up the woman and go out for a bit though.

Completely agreed. The Sequel-bait game I even found to be a less satisfying experience than even *gasps* Invisible War (which wasn't a great sequel but was still a fine game in its own right).
@n64dd:
I saw gameplay of it. The animations are so fucking flimsy! Seriously!! This is like C - grade level stuff from college students! ? It's really pretty though.
What do you expect from Xflop? They haven't had a good first party title in forever outside of Forza. Racing won't save that sinking shit.
They corner the market on 6/10 games though lol.
@n64dd: yeah, I didn't get very far because I'm not subjecting myself to finish games I don't like like in 2016.
The core gameplay is mechanically flat with two cool ideas, pulling the cores out of bots and your helper bots which actually add a lot of spice to the game. Beyond that, there's nothing I'm going back for, and I say this as a huge platforming fan. The environment isn't worth a damn frankly and selling the level design on its platforming just goes to show how lackluster the genre is nowadays. The shooting feels fucking weak and can barely carry the game for half an hour, let alone the whatever hour stretch it actually lasts.
Beyond that, there's some trash ass missions. One mission has you scouring the sand with your detective vision dog and digging out purple green. Except psych, 9/10 times you dig up purple enemies you have to kill until you get the green one. It fucking sucks, and no matter the budget stands out as inexcusable. The ending stretch of the game is apparently some bullshit, and that's from people who actually enjoyed the game. Like if Wind Waker fans even turn on the Triforce Quest, Lord knows how bad the end of a game with no budget can be.
So yeah, I tried it and bailed.
im so sick of phil spencer we get a recore budget title sony gets an ACE game thats a 9/10 and bleeding edge graphics
@davillain-: it should say how boring Quantum Mistake was that I'd rather play ReCore.
I'm just one of those Sci-Fi fans who loves time traveling stuff that goes along with it which is why I enjoy Quantum Break for what it is :)
I initially held off for backlog and not wanting to pay full price for game. Now at $20, sadly it's still not appealing from what you are describing and player reviews that I trust. I think the game should of had some more development time, but the budget probably didn't allow it.
