"Mass Effect DS would be awesome"-Bioware

would be very interesting to see what bioware can do with mass effect on the DS-personally i really like the look of the sonic rpg on DS so hoping for the best :D

Although I would rather they revived the Infinity Engine and made Planescape Torment 2.

Of course they would say that.

What do they have to lose?

The question of whether they are actually bothering to make it, would be more relevant.

They would probably use their SONIC engine, and have a few ideas on how to do ME, but until they commit, there isn't much to get excited for.

If they don't just lay down a watered-down port (touch controls ie), insta-buy for me.

I'm starting to like what EA is doing :shock:

If your saying it would suck because of graphical prowess, The Baldur's Gate games and Planescape Torement are better games than Mass Effect and arguably still the best RPG's in existence. They look like this. They anally rape Oblivion. Also, it's Bioware. At there very worst, they make "good".

Just pointing out, that those are very good graphics at any standard. The thing is mass of effect on ds would be a low resolution 2d game. I hate that the ds is low resolution, games like starcraft would suck, because you would hardly be able to see the detail.

Not a good idea IMO. Since most games that are not from Nintendo/Capcom/Konami suck on DS like Call Of Duty 4, Assassins Creed, Guitar Hero; On Tour and some others. Not saying Mass Effect DS will suck so hard. It CAN be good...really good even.ChiddaPotta

The transition from home console to DS doesn't always fail. Ninja Gaiden did very well on the DS, better than II. GRID and Civilization Revolution are both getting positive (8+) reviews.

your right about Ninja Gaiden DS. I have played it and beaten it. It was really good. I haven't tried out GRID nor Civilization Revolution as I dont own a DS anymore so I cannot say anything about those games. They must be good too.
