No way in hell GTA will stop Wii sales. Totally different markets- that includes the Nintendo hardcore.

1) Already in progress but will be in full swing by June

2) Jasper is supposed to eliminate this since they've downsized the GPU thereby eliminating the chance of it overheating but that is not due til Summer '08 but it's still in testing so there is no guarantee at the moment that it will.

3) Casual gamer market is historically very seasonal. Nintendo will have to do something radical for Wii2 or no one will buy it.

sorry i was too busy trying to play through the 2 years worth of AAAs to notice this HUGE LACK OF GAMES for 3 WHOLE months!!!! I mean Burnout, Devil may cry, Rainbow six are not exclusive, so that means it would be a crime to enjoy them while waiting for other horrible multiplats like GTA4.

who needs that, i would rather play one decent game a year while drooling on sales charts
