PS4 VR Losing black Friday ! is VR D.O.A. ?

I personally don't know enough about it to say one or the other but, i did try PS4 VR in a Best Buy kiosk and it seemed pretty cool.

If VR is losing ground maybe it will allow Nintendo to impress the gaming market even more when Switch comes out, i guess we'll just have to wait and see.

However as i see it now Nintendo is the underdog and i always cheer for the underdog.

There were zero VR black Friday deals that I was aware of. Why would VR win black Friday?

@darkangel115: On black Friday people are looking for deals, not overpriced tech with zero savings to be had. If you want real numbers, don't base VR off this last weekend but of the entire holiday shopping time frame.

It will still fail, no doubt, especially at the high price, but give the hardware its due time.

I didn't say it's failed, i just said the new launches should still sell high. PS4 and XB1 sold very well on black friday when they launched despite having no sales

@darkangel115: No no... I'm saying PSVR and VR in general will fail. It just costs too much to go mainstream right now. Plus people are still getting motion sick.

I think I may wait for the next generation in VR equipment. I do have some experience with the Gear VR and it does impress me, but I want better gaming controls with better screen resolutions.
