PS2 will keep ticking for atleast 2-3 years more. Its just getting cheaper by the minute to produce and has one of the greatest game librarys in histpry so its a low cost alternative for people who can't aford next gen. trasherhead

Im sure anyone with a job can save up the money for a PS3

I dont think so,I still find I play my PS2 more than my 360 and even my PC sometimes. In my PS2 at the mo-Tourist Trophy,MGS3 Subsistance Xbox360 -nothing PC-Counter Strike Source DS-nothing And I haven't even gotten around to Okami yet.

PS2 is already dead. The only titles releasing for it now are games in development from over a year ago.Blue-Sky
The PS2 sold the most consoles during the holidays, its still got a goodline up of games and wont die for acouple more years. The Xbox and Gamecube are all ready dead.

F1 = 4/10 .
Oblvion = 1 year port
Def jam = SOOO not worth it ( I found it boring ).

No it wont die in Match specially with God of War 2 set to realease in March and those still strong sales of PS2
