2.All the AAA PS5/Xbox2 games will use MTs .

3.DMC 5 will be the last DMC game of all time.(Even without MTs I'm not sure that it becomes as successful as capcom wants. After that we only see rereleases of DMC games)

4.Those Splinter Cell 7 rumors will turn out to be false.

Sonic will become more popular than Mario

BMW will join the console race

Fortnite will become an Olympic event.

MS will just up and buy Sony and Nintendo just out of spite.

2029: John Conner finally leads the human resistance to victory against Skynet. Meanwhile, Waluigi still hasn't appeared as a main fighter in a Super Smash game.

• Star Citizen will never release and people will still pretend it will release. even Half life 3 has more chance to get announced.
• Cyberpunk 2077 will be 95 on meta yet it will be most overrated game of year it will release.
• Metro Exodus will be almost as Good as STALKER and Half life and will become one of the GOAT.
• Red Dead Redemption 2 will announced for PC and Next gen console in late 2019 for 2020 release date. this version will be kind of remastered with overhaul visuals.
• Microsoft will left console market and will carter to PC market again and Sega will enter console market again. and this the console war will be once again between sony, sega and nintendo.

Sony to announce a portable console next gen.

PS5 and Xbone X2 will have a credit card chip readers built in. Who whats to type numbers in all the time. I want my mictrotransaction purchases made easy. Better yet how about we insert a credit card just to turn it on.

• All major sports games will have cross play
• PS5 will be backwards compatible but, it'll be something weird like you have to do it through PS NOW.
• PS NOW will be bundled with PSN+ in some way.
• More game publishers will have their own subscription games service
• We'll start to see more, and more hardware SKUs
• Microsoft's 1st party acquisitions don't pan out

PS 'wins' home console content quality, sales, and critical acclaim again.

Nintendo launches another device mid-gen (in about 5 years or so) with the next mario and zelda games. The console dominates its own market space similar to switch.

• $ 499 base price for consoles thanks to the presence of One X, inflation, Trump tariff.
• 2 RAM systems vaguely similar to PRO (VRAM + RAM) thanks to poor ram prices.
• MS or Sony will have a Pro/X along base models upon PS5/nextBOX
• There will be more presence of AI assistance for next gen consoles
• MS will join AR/VR next gen
• First batch of PS5/nextBOX will still mostly focus on rasterization; less RT; Pro/X will focus less on raster; more on RT.
• Sony and MS controllers will be more focused on VR/AR likely two separate parts ala JoyCons.
• Cloud marketing returns with a vengeance and more substantiated be it streaming or visual upgrades.
• Sony will have the weaker base machine but at price advantage.
• MS XBOX will have a wider lead on "pro consumer" features or better featuresets OUTSIDE of overall 1st party game competition.
• Local discrete graphics could become a much smaller audience but more expensive prices. dGPUs mostly for larger computer bases.
• SoC/APUs will keep growing directly affecting demand for dGPUs/dCPUs.
• There would be slightly more cross-gen titles compared to PS3/PS4 / 360/X1 era.
• Sony and MS will be involved with fake system wars with BOTS/AIs and less real people will be paid to shill.
• MS could request something from NVIDIA or Intel within the next gen timeframe if first models are AMD hardware
• PS5 and nextBOX would initially look more different from each other compared to last gen, confusing customers with vague secret sauce recipes even if both are effectively close enough.

Nintendo continues to sell consoles well into 2020, 2030, 2040, and beyond. People still hate Nintendo and are pressed that they are successful.

This is most likely thing I have seen.

You know why a RTX 2080 Ti is $1200? Because, with no real competition in the high-end GPU sector, Nvidia can charge that much and people will pay it.

There is a limit to what people will pay for things, true. But to say that things won't rise in price in a monopoly situation is just naive.

Look at Intel and AMD with processors. With competition, Intel is now selling chips for literally fractions of what they used to. That's because they no longer have a virtual monopoly, they have real competition again. And that's not all. Competition drives innovation. If Intel had their way, 4-10 cores for a processor would probably be all we'd be getting. Now we have 6-32 core processors to choose from and for the same price as the old, lower core variants to boot. And it's all because of AMD's resurgence.

Competition drives things forward and keeps costs down. It's not a myth, it's the truth. Why did Sony price the PS4 the way they did? To undercut Microsoft, of course. Why does Sony put so much effort into their games? To get you to buy their console and not the other ones. It's basic economics.

Anyway, on topic: my prediction is that when Intel enters the dedicated GPU market in 2020, the results will be very underwhelming.

Also, The Elder Scrolls VI will still be using a modified Gamebryo engine, just like Fallout 4 and Skyrim. Good from a modding standpoint, otherwise yuck.

Google will make big strides in the gaming market.

MS will be so fed up with not being able to take over the console market, they'll create murderous clones to replace us that will be permanently loyal Xbox customers for life. This will backfire when the clones like Playstation games instead.

Nintendo will go on to finally create a service that's comparable to gaming networks in 2018... in the year 2134.

Assassin's Creed: Delta Quadrant will address most of the problems of AC: Alpha Quadrant. Except for the microtransactions.

* Nintendo will have realized they should have ported some of their switch games to the Wii U, albeit it in fairly small numbers. (Unless Wii U sales suddenly skyrocketed in the near future had they done this.)

* Namco Bandi will finally release Ace Combat Skies Unknown...um...sometime... (I'm getting more and more ticked at the wait with each passing month.)

* Ami Aoiba will become a dlc character for Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth hacker's memory. Prompting me to rush out and buy it the moment I hear about it.

* AMD will make a hybrid FX-Ryzen processor It'd make my life easier. Maybe. Would it? I can dream..right? (I'm thinking of a scaled down Ryzen 5 that fits in a FX socket and works with DDR3 memory for some reason.

* Sunset Overdrive will be ported to the PC, Switch, and PS4. And Wii U.

* Linix or windows one will become as annoying to PC gamers as saying "Um" is to Judge Judy. (If you've watched Judge Judy, you'll know what I mean.

Namco Bandi will released the Ace Combat Anthology. It will include Ace combat , ace combat 2, 3, 4, 5, zero, 6, X, Assault horizon and joint assault. And it'll cost $80 on the PS4/Xbox one Switch, and $100 on Pc, Xbox 4 and PS5. Or you can get the special Wii (Not wii U) version for about $60

Persona 6 will be announced Next Year with a 2021 release date and won't release till 2025.

1.It's too late for PES to recover from FIFA's success. I think that PES will turn into a mobile exclusive franchise if PES team fails to make online a lot better in the next PES game.(Which they have a little chance of success for it)
