There are numerous reports of customers that have received broken items from them and they will not take them back or they'll use shady methods to get out of accepting returns.

Keep in mind, it's the gamers that's keeping gaming sites like Game Spot and IGN relevant so I also asked Game Spot not to refer fraudulent companies like this to us. We're having a rough enough 2020. The last thing I want is for some poor guy or girl to pay for a broken console bundle and not be able to get a refund.

Purchased an xbox 1s, and received a damaged one. I purchased a new xbox 1s for my 10 year old. For the pandemic, because his xbox 360 broke. I recieved a broken xbox 3-25-2020 that will NOT turn on. I have called numerous times to get this resolved, jumped thru every hoop they asked, i submitted a RMA online, at first i just wanted it replaced but now i just want my money back. Ive told them they last 3 times ive called i want my money back, to please send me labels so i can send this back to u. 1 month and 1 week ive dealt with this and it isn't right. You were issued a return authorization and sent a return label. We cannot issue a refund without the item being returned.

Issue was never resolved... That's the shit that boils my blood. Game Spot should not promote these assholes. It's abominable.

No, it's a shitty one. Granted, shit happens. I get that but when you KNOW the person isn't making it up and you still give them a hard time, that's bullshit. And the only reason GS did a write up on them is because it was reported on Forbes first and even the guy that did the write up hinted that they sound fishy.

This bundle is not even saving you money anyway if the games are gonna be $70 each and so are Dualshock 5s. That's $500 for the console plus $280 equaling $780, the asking price of the bundle.
