"SCEA and SOE are developing MMORPG(something similiar to ffxi) style online service for PS3 right now.  It will have online pack which it comes with HDD and the online software. You can go online and chat with people like mmorpg style. Your stats will have the list of games you have and scores(or ranks) for each game, and other great things.  And if you want to look for someone to play online for certain game, you have to go to this certain area(or town) for that specific game or the game will automatically takes you to that town. Sony thinks "hyper links" technology is a history.  They want to create a "virtual world" for PS3 online service where people can actually interact eachother like mmorpg style.  There are more great details, but this is all I can get for now.  I'm not expecting you to believe me ."

"i am very excited and cant wait to see sony's answer to Live
i read that the hub would be similar to an mmo, the hub would be a virtual world where every gamer would walk around in this virtual world and interacting with other gamers while awaiting the start of a game. every player would be associated with there own personalised avatar. i cant find the article right now."

I am very impressed with sony, I mean I been so amped about this after I heard the news, and I got to say they have blown me away with this virtual idea of bringing it to a reality and alwayz had faith in them to deliver the goods. I am a proud ps360 owner and I cant wait for this to happen.

They have been talking about it for quite some time now. Most people just wrote it off as just talk or just dreams.

Next year - 120fps and 4D !!!!!

Yeah, I to thought they were not going to go thru with it because they said entitlements would be in launch titles but obviously that wasn't the case. They never said anymore about it since launch and they never gave an official stance on it until now. I geuss it took them longer then they had originally planned to implement it.

Sony are silly then. If they had hinted at this existing  a while ago they probably wouldn't be as experiencing as much hate as they are now.

Sony have allowed people to become so invested in not liking the console that nothing will change their minds anymore.

Casuals know nothing about what's happened to Sony in the last year.

I don't know... I haven't seen any good news for Sony in the mainsream press.  Time magazine and AOL outright bashed the system.
