Video rental extensions and PS now extensions are practically confirmed but i wonder if they will give us a free game for PS+ members on top of the two this month? It would be a good sorry gift. All we can do is wait now.

Probably a 1 or 2 day extension on subscriptions. I'm not expecting anything else.

For the 2014 christmas outage, they just extended PS+ for five days and gave a 10% off coupon

PSN is up and going right now. I got back from dinner and I have 48 friends online and everything is hunky dory.

I wonder what all that business was about Jan 7th? Strange.

For some people the PSN status page was showing that it would be down until the 7th

When I checked the Status, I didn't see that particular message, but I guess it was exclusive to some people.

If that's the case, that Jan 7th message is a rather unfortunate mistake as it scared a lot of users lol.

I know I got swept away today only to find it was much ado about nothing.

A PS+ extension will suffice.
