• Media Molecule presents Dreams - 8.30pm GMT/9.30pm CET Saturday, 9th December
• IGN ranks the top 10 PlayStation games of all time - 10pm GMT/11pm CET Saturday, 9th December
• Ghost of Tsushima: From concept to reveal - 11.30pm GMT/12.20am CET Saturday, 9th December
• Uncharted 10th anniversary celebration - 1am GMT/2am CET Sunday, 10th December
• The Last of Us Part 2: Meet the cast - 2am GMT/3am CET Sunday, 10th December

Aside from December being a boring month from a release perspective, at least we have these two events. I’m super hyped as I know Sony will have some good announcements. As for the VGA’s, they’re cheesy but good fun. Are you hyped, SW?

All I know is, Horizon: Zero Dawn is gonna win Game of the Year and it's my personal Game of the year as well.

And yes, I'm ready for both events next week, that'll keep my mind off until The Last Jedi arrives.

Nintendo fans are saying it's a 2 way race between Zelda and Mario.

I’m gonna pass on both. The Game Awards are usually kinda silly, (trending gamer, really?) and PSX is just a bunch of trailers for movie games coming out sometime in the next decade. I rather spend that time digging through this backlog

The Game Awards are only good just for the "World Premier" game trailers only, it's why I always watch it every year just for the trailers alone. The awards themselves are just bonus material.

I can't wait to see what happens next week. The VGA's might have new announcements and trailers to show. PSX should be interesting. We might get more info about Lost Soul Aside from PSX.

My only interest in the Video Games Awards is how many awards will Breath of Wind or Super Mario Odyssey win in their nominated categories.

Persona 5 is the first ever "JRPG" to be nominated for GOTY. I be really surprise if it wins. Yes definitely surprise but even more so.

I’ve always enjoyed the Video Game Awards so I’m looking forward to watching this year’s show. Really hoping for some surprise trailers. Devil May Cry 5 and Soul Calibur 6 would certainly be awesome to see.

Even before the recent reveal for Injustice 2, I had wanted to see the Ninja Turtles as the cameo characters in Soulcalibur. They're perfect for a medieval weapon combat game.

Isn't it more like the MTV Movie/Music Awards of gaming?

I really hope there is more on Ghost of Tsushima at PSX. I am truly hoping it is a Tenchu-esque game like some people are saying. Hyped to the goddamn moon for it if so!

Looking forward to Nintendo cleaning up and all the Sony fanboys crying about how the awards are fixed, the reviews were all paid by Nintendo, and were only given perfect scores and awards because of nostalgia.

I actually really look forward to VGA's usually they are pretty fun and if they are train wreaks then thats fun too. PSX is hit or miss usually though, I dont think its going to be big this year

@davillain-: I was surprised by Horizon in a strange way. I really enjoyed it at first. But man it got boring to me. Aloy is more wooden than Gordon Freeman Imo. The world and story just became blah blah corruption, robot animals blah to me. I was so mad because I liked the first 8 hours or so.

Zelda is my GOTY with Nioh and Prey having strong showings.

@SolidGame_basic: Same here. I loved Halo Wars 2. Game is still awesome to play, dlc has been great, blitz firefight is so fun in this game. Nothing on consoles like it. I just wouldn't call it my Goty, but a fun game for us halo nerds.

I've been stuck on one of those nightmare like missions in Nioh. It drives me crazy.
