Hit the R1 button in battle to activate Battle Assist Mode, where you will automatically attack enemy weak points.
How do System Warriors feel about having an easy switch in Persona 5?

I'd be fine if you had to first get the knowledge of that weakness first (from a scan or you guessed its weakness) for it to even work in the first place.
It's optional and not really worth it. Takes the fun away from the game. So I won't use it once I get the game. I like to take full control of the characters and just use a few during the dungeons anyway.

This is totally Orlando!!! ( too soon?)
You noobified our Persona 5!!!! CHAR!!!!!
This is how you summon him. I don't know how he found this. @charizard1605
Not worried, from past games battles are a bit more complex than just hitting weak points, you sometimes use them strategically to to get them down then do an all out attack, but they waste SP so it's not always smart to use a skill attacks, you have to find patterns that allow you to keep dungeon crawling, curious though what kind of system they'll have in this game, Persona Q had a replenishing SP system but it was as limited to the amounts set by the secondary persona cards characters had equipped, both Persona 3 and 4 were pretty similar but many of the SMT and subseries each have little unique twists on the battle systems and I'm curious here if they'll shake it up in any more meaningful way. Many of the SMT games too have had an auto-attack mode but it was limited to physical attacks.
Curious what they'll have here, if they'll have shadow/persona recruiting, alignments (law/neutral/chaos, light/neutral/dark), or if they'll change up how weakness works, if it allows for HP/SP free attacks, all that stuff.
Will probably use when I'm too lazy to grind against weak enemies. Did the same in P4G with the triangle button.
Games having easy mode don't really lesser the value for me, you can summon help in souls game for the bosses you can't beat, doesn't make the games worse for me.
While I personally like the challenge and pretty much always play the games on highest difficulty I can totally understand that's not what everyone prefers, some prefer to enjoy the other aspects of the game and that's fine by me. These settings just allow more players to enjoy the game in their preferred way.
I'll ignore it.
I was wondering when you'd get around to this thread. :P
Yeah, that's what I've always done about these kinds of things. I just wonder why devs constantly feel the need to try to make games easier all the time.
Do remember, the game is made for a Japanese audience that is consistently moving away from longer, engaging high end console games. It makes sense that there would be some concessions made to those people, then.
yeah cause looking at an enemy for their weakness then manually finding that weakness through your skills requires so much brainpower...I guess you guys all get up off the couch to switch tv channels instead of using the remote?
"Persona is for babies confirmed!"
Were the other games for adult babies like yourself?
