My understanding from cows all this gen is multiplats dont tell the power of a console as thats usually just lazy devs, you have to judge by the exclusives.

i have a windows pc i can turn into a steambox, and anyone could take a steambox and reinstall windows. it's a pc.

the first xbox is a very special case. it isn't a pc as the hardware isn't open. however, due to it's celeron and stuff, it became very popular for modders who hacked it into running windows 98 among other things. its definitely not a pc like how steambox is a pc.

The only thing PS4 has over Xbox One is graphics and the PC beats it hands down.

Xbox One does some stuff better than PS4 and PC and some stuff PS4 and PC don't even do. PS4 does nothing that the PC can do but exclusives and they aren't exactly forthcoming at the moment.
