ghost in a shell: stand alone complex quite a nice little run it had as an anime/manag franchise and now she is coming to pc gaming. as an MMOFPS due out in 2014. its current working title is just that: GiaS:SAChttp://www.vg247.com/2013/02/14/ghost-in-the-shell-stand-alone-complex-mmofps-releasing-2014/

Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex. It was a great manga and an acceptable animated movie. The series was interesting to watch and wonder about. I played a ps2 game by the same name. It had good graphics and great weapons and you didn't play the Major all the time. There were episodes that involved the little blue tanks and also Botu. All in all ...variety. The Major is the central figure, but having some of the other section 9 guys added something. In multi player you won't be playing as the Major, at best you will be a wanna be stand in. You will probably have to buy blue hair dye (or is it purple?)in the item store, because you know it will be F2P. MMO's were great , but the whole genre has been watered down. I notice that people don't even use the term MMORPG anymore,why because nobody bothers role playing a character anymore. If you are from (insert town name) in r/l you may be in a game about some guy from japan that has implants that enable you to invade the minds of bad guys and whoop up on them with titanium alloy fists, but you will probably spam the chat channels about your opinions on the latest from (insert town name) and defy anything vaguely rpg ish. It's all about gear, max level, end game, shop in game store and pounce on the Noob.Oh and did I leave out PVP. As soon as the game is released the pvp trolls will launch out on their fit mongering about how un balanced it all is and with in weeks we'll be plauged with constant patches to keep up with that mess. Because it goes to MMO it is already sad. because it is FPS it is doomed .Well, maybe not anymore doomed than Planetside...what's that,you say? I think it would be better for it to be a game i can pay 40+ bucks for and single play a lot of it and if i want to enter pvp/pve modes online if i want to by choice for accolades like some of the other titles we all know so well....(insert the name of all games that are pretty good, but turn into rubbish because they turn in to pvp hacker fest) I know.I know. I'm an optimist,but I can't help it, lol. I think the Major is awesome although somewhat indifferent sometimes,but this series deserves better than this ASSURED SEAL OF DOOM. convince me other wise.
