Meanwhile PS4 players are getting the best AAA exclusives
My favorite games this year (Octopath Traveler, Xenoblade 2 Torna The Golden Country, Captain Toad, and Hyrule Warriors Legends) cannot be found on Ps4, and I did not enjoy GOW and have little interest in Spider Man, so Ps4 is certainly not "winning" for me. (Still beating Xbox by a few thousand miles)
As of PC, I get a lot more millage out of my main games on PC than I will ever get out of my Ps4 (League of Legends alone is worth more playtime). People that try to bash PC seem to fail to realize that PC has many games that maintain communities for decades. Consoles do not even last that long.
On the Bright side, I am really am looking forward to getting Assassin's Creed Odyssey on my Ps4 Pro! Origins looked so fantastic on Pro, I just cannot wait to see how this baby performs!
@knight-k: Some games are better on PC. Doom 2016 is an example. It’s a twitch shooter where fast movement and high velocity targeting are better with a mouse a keyboard.
But aside from that and RTS games which I love....each console has more than you need.

FPS on consoles feel like shit. Crappy controls and general worse performance.
Welp. I have both PS4 and PC, and I'm enjoying both platforms. I love both AAA exclusives on PS4, multiplats on PC, as well as those "2D indie shovelware". Those indie games can be incredibly deep and have enormous replayability.

If other people's opinions are what makes a game good for you then that's up to you but for me there are far more games on PC that are better than anything on PS4.
I don't even bother packing my PS4 when working away from home anymore. Spider-man looks OK (I may get it on the cheap in few weeks when second hand copies are available) and I played HZD, other than that it has nothing to interest me at all.
My opinion > anyone else's when it comes to games I enjoy playing.

And no...it’s not worth buying one of those German couch portable desk things for $300 or getting expensive shitty wiereless KB/M for the living room and literally any fucking reason under the sun bc there’s tons why it’s just easier to play with a free in the box wireless controller for the living room.
For me, there are only 2 games up until now I would really like to play that are ps4 only. That is God of war and spiderman.
If they are 20 hours each, that is 2 weeks for me.
The rest of the games I have interest in are on pc to and better there.
The problem with pc at this time bullshit market with price fixings, artificial shortages and all that crap that translates in insane prices.
For example.
If I have a nice 4k TV on my living room and want to play games there, I can spend 330 euros on a Ps4 pro, place it nicely on my living room furniture and play with the nice bundled controller.
If I want to go for a pc for the same use scenario, I need a slim case.
The cheapest one in the desired formfactor is the node 202.
That is 140 euros if I buy the bundle with the 450w psu.
I need a controller to play. A nice wireless one for pc is the Xbox one controller. That is 50 euros.
So, a case with psu and a controller are already more than half the ps4 pro cost...
And ram? With price fixing 16gb ddr4 is 140 euros minimum...
OH, and since a pc is not a dedicated gaming machine and games are not developed and optimized for a single hardware config like a Ps4, on the pc in 2018 you need 16 gigs.
So case, psu, ram and controller is the cost of a Ps4 pro.
And you still need a cpu, a board, a hard drive or a ssd or both, a license for windows...
And a gpu, that's right...
This is the issue.
The greedy companies that occupy the pc space ruined the market.

The OP can brag about 2-3 PS over-hyped and revew-padded games a year are better than having 100s of more raw high scoring games, but a majority of the games that release on PS4 are simply better experienced on PS4. Lets not lie about "some games" being better on PC, or it only being 5 fps difference.

It's legit sad, they act like they've never had a quality exclusive. It's like when a person who's poor gets a lump sum of money and goes on this huge bragging and spending spree. Like, clearly they aren't used to money. Another is when someone in their late 20s or early 30s goes through a spree of just dating and/or fucking a bunch of people, it's clear that they aren't used to being desired.
I prefer more intellectual depth to gameplay than consoles offer. I enjoy a good mindless romp as much as the next guy but my true bread and butter are combat aviation sims and grognard war gaming. Neither even exist on consoles, and rarely get noticed by mainstream review sites.
