The game was looking bad. generic open world game set in city but even worse.

Never hyped this to begin with.

I don't know. Seems the biggest criticism is that it plays too much like the old games. I liked the old games. And they were always going to have to tone things down after SR4. Trying to one-up that would have been absurd.
