Game struggles to communicate effectively during chaotic moments

It's like some weirdo Capitalist wet dream game that turns spreadsheets into this weird resource war with other scumbag corps, and apparently lends itself to some neato replay value. Sounds kind of rad into strategy games.

Speaking of which: Since there is the eventual "lol strategy games" or "lol those graphics". Just so we're clear, you pride yourself as some hardcore gamer, but then look down on games that are actually about thinking? All the while gassing up the video game equivalent of Micheal Bay or a Marvel movie? Keep it up.

But it's okay, given that the game is actually unique, and not some lame ass throw back to some old game that may or may not actually live up to that level of expectation: the PC frauds on this forum won't play it either.

The review didn't go if this is an MMO only or uses A.I. for its single player as well? I'm interested, but not if I have to play with others. I suck ass at multiplayer, can never keep up, and don't want to waste my money if this is only an MMO.

Nothing gets me harder than games about capitalism. I'll add this to my summer list.

There is a single player, for people who just want to play with the systems against AI that won't overly test them (though I've read people struggle with the "fair" AI a bit as well), but it's more ideal in multiplayer.

What's wrong with Starkey?

@jg4xchamp: his Ashes of Singularity review got ripped apart by the developer pretty well, and he said Starcraft 2's multiplayer being too hard was a negative in his review. Last time someone fished for a complaint that hard, you posted in Endless Backlog.

1. It is certified fact that the only one on that forum that fishes for complaint is you bobbert.

2. Yeah that sounds scrubbish, either way the games other reviews have been mostly positive, even Tom Chick digs the game.

Bwaha wouldn't it make more sense to take those resources and sell them to your competitors?

You get to charge more for the resources you already have since there are now less of them in the world, plus you get to let out a boisterous guffaw in the face of your competitors and you can't put a price on that.

Too bad the publisher paid for this review, just like they did with their last game. It also has day 1 DLC... and did Early Access.

Not gonna buy this game even though I want RTS and AA gaming to come back because I dislike hate multiplayer and dont like different things.

This one has been on my radar for a while. If I hadn't already preordered Stellaris, I would havs definitely picked this up.

Since i clocked over 200+ hours in CK2 im gonna go with Stellaris. The end game in that sounds very interesting

There's a good review on RPS on it. It's absolutely worth playing even if you just want in for Solo vs the AI; it just lacks the tension you get from the multiplayer dynamics with how some of its mechanics work.

You can pause the game and execute commands to assist in whatever micromanagement skills you have - allowing you to play at the pace you feel comfortable with while still providing you a result that makes you feel like you did something that's worth 180 APM when you resume play.

I'd totally get this now if it wasnt for Stellaris coming out next week.
