Been playing some Dyson Sphere Program and it's horrendously addictive I'm losing food and sleep please send help.
@Vaasman: the scale on Dyson Sphere Program is insane. And yeah, same; played it for like six hours in one sitting when I first tried it out hahha. That's very very very rare for me these days.
BeamNG got an awesome new update which included PBR materials. It's still not going to wow anyone here, but compared to how it used to look, it's a significant improvement, and does justice to the detailed car models, which up until now never looked as good in-game as they should.
@xantufrog: Man, after going through Mass Effect, I'm thinking of going through the old Bioware stuff just for the heck of it. Those screenies for Origin just cemented what I'll play next lol
I've been playing Halo: Reach all day. My first time playing Halo. Not really getting the hype behind the story I'm barely following anything going on, then again it is a prequel so I'd probably understand it better if I played the original trilogy first.
@godmodule: what game is that?
Sorry yeah it's FFXIV
@NoodleFighter I still think Reach is the best looking PS3/Xbox 360 era console game. Reach is definitely a better experience if you've played the previous games, since it's pure forshadowing. But one benefit of playing Reach first is it makes Halo CE's intro twice as hype. The fall of Reach is a huge event in the Halo universe.
FFXIV
Shadowbringers is a masterpiece. I can't wait for Endwalker
@godmodule: How's SSHD? I'm planning to get it eventually.
The port is great. Performance is rock solid in docked mode. The button controls work surprisingly well after you get use to them. I'd still recommend motion controls though. As for the actual game, it's tied with Wind Waker as my third favorite Zelda (after OoT and BoTW). It's much better than Twilight Princess and Majoras Mask in my opinon.
I've been playing Lone Echo on my WMR headset via Revive - this game is a must-play for people with a decent VR setup IMO. The visuals are great and it is very tactile. I mean you really inhabit the space and use your hands in intuitive and fluid ways to grip and maneuver things.
Playing Flight Sim PC now post-update. I'm glad it finally got a frame rate boost. Only took forever.
Apple Park (Mod)
Japan National Stadium
City of Arts and Sciences
Vegas at night
Giving Jedi Fallen Order a go, since I accidentally wiped my computer and lost a bunch of saves from services that didn't cloud sync (cough Microsoft cough)
I like it a lot so far - got a weird Demon's Souls meets Rise of the Tomb Raider in Star Warsland thing going on
Crysis for Switch
I can't believe I'm playing Crysis on a handheld. It looks great on the Switchs screen
@godmodule: I think Gears Of War 3 is the best looking PS3/Xbox 360 era game. Halo games never really looked that good to me graphically. I found GOW3 pretty impressive at the time.
Also Crysis on the Switch looks better than I thought it would be that is pretty impressive.
Anyway I've been playing Doom Eternal with ray traced reflections. I wish they gave this game ray traced lighting instead, it's hard to notice reflections while in combat.
Playing through this game now and really wish there was a sequel/successor. While it's not perfect, i really dig its "10.000 BC" setting and don't recall any another game where you can tame a neurotic honey badger and keep it as your pet/companion, lol.
@WESTBLADE85: is that Far Cry Primal? Always thought it looked kinda fun
Yea it's FC Primal. It was really fun for first 20+ hours, but it gets really repetitive since then.
However that's probably my fault, because i have this bad habit of being sidetracked with collectibles, side quests, achievements etc. in almost every game xD.
