Nvidia announces 12 games to support DLSS and ray tracing soon

DLSS 2.1 support was recently announced and added to Marvel's Avengers but Nvidia isn't done yet announcing upcoming games to support RTX and DLSS.

Here is what the following games are and what they will support.

• Mount and Blade II: Bannerlord is getting NVIDIA DLSS support in November;
• World of Warcraft: Shadowlands is getting ray-traced shadows in November;
• Ghostrunner launches October 27th with ray-traced reflections, shadows and DLSS support;
• Pumpkin Jack, a 3D platformer indie game where you play as the titular Jack, the Mythical Pumpkin Lord, will launch on Steam this Friday, October 23rd, with ray-traced reflections and shadows, enhanced lighting, and DLSS;
• Xuan-Yuan Sword VII, an Action RPG rooted in Chinese history and mythology, is set to launch via Steam on October 28th with ray-traced global illumination and DLSS;
• Edge of Eternity, the turn-based JRPG that recently got to beta status, will get DLSS support via an update dropping in November;
• Enlisted, the squad-based MMOFPS, is launching in Closed Beta this November with ray-traced global illumination and NVIDIA DLSS;
• Mortal Shell, the Souls-like action RPG, will be updated with ray-traced shadows and DLSS support next month;
• Ready or Not, the hardcore tactical first-person shooter, is launching on Steam Early Access later this year with support for ray-traced reflections, ray-traced shadows, ray-traced ambient occlusion, and NVIDIA DLSS.

Ring Of Elysium and Moonlight Blade also recently added RTX to their games.

Please gimme my 3080 in time for Cyberpunk! Gonna love seeing how it performs with DLSS and RT.

I'm holding off playing all the RTX games till I get myself a 3080. Hopefully that will be soon but its not looking likely since I really want the FE.

What's new in DLSS 2.1? I'm thinking not a significant upgrade like 2.0.

@pc_rocks: DLSS 2.1 has 8k support, VR support, dynamic internal resolution and ultra performance mode.

I know Cyberpunk 2077 is going to be beast to run with all ray tracing settings turned on. I expect even the 3090 to be brought to its knees by tht game.

For sure. I didn't bother with RT at all on my 2080, because lol. I'll probably have minimal RT depending on how it performs. I'm also at 4K/60, so it's gonna be rough.

@lundy86_4: I'm not even gonna aim for 4k/60 with ray tracing on with a RTX 3080. I'm just going to aim for 1440p 60.

Same here with my overclocked RTX 2070 and the fact I only game in 1440p/144hz, 2070 should be a mere match in RT mode. I can run Witcher 3 in high settings so.

Edit: I consider getting 3070 if all possible but the demands are really high on that GPU.

Edit 2: As for the thread, I knew Cyberpunk 2077 will be getting DLSS support so, it's just in time to see how this anticipated game will do in RT. Totally excited for CP2077!!! hoping The Medium gets DLSS support later on.

Excited to experience both technologies. Dlss could even prolong the life of GPUs by a couple of years given performance benefits.

DLSS FTW! I really want a high budget remake of Crysis, not what they recently tried to sell us. Whatever. Good looking DLSS games are coming.

Finally got a 3080 installed just before the Cyberpunk launch. Gonna need some new games because it crushes everything I own at 2k

Yeah, a little overkill for 1440p. I play at 3440x1440/120hz and 4K/120hz. So, the performance is not going to waste.
