NPD: Starwars TFU Wii version outsells the PS3 version!?

The month Starwars TFU was launched the Wii version of the game was in last place by quite a wide margin, but now?

Star Wars Force Unleashed - 823k (360) 464k (PS3) 626k (Wii) ..Wii games have legs!!

So it appears big name 3rd party games on the Wii like Starwars, Resident Evil franchise (RE4 and REUC both did over a million), Guitar Hero,Rockband, Call of Duty (World at War close to a million), Lego (Indiana Jones, Starwars did over a million) franchise sell pretty damn well over time.

Not surprising that it would because most people that own a Wii are casual gamers and look for deals on old games probably instead of buying a game at launch.

I guess alot of people thought Wiimote in jedi game would equal awesome. TO bad they were wrong. I hope wii motion plus will give us our jedi game.

Unrelated but Taketwo would be stupid not to at least rerelease GTA III, VC and SA on the Wii. It would sell a couple million easy given that big name games do well on the Wii.
