I haven't done one of these in a while, but it's your good ol' friend, the NPD results. NPD's gotten clandestine again Illuminati-style and getting stauncher with number leaks, but the figures have still been seeping out anyway. Things to note for the month: MK and Days Gone are number one and two again respectively, proving to be big titles for the first half of the year.
The Switch is still hot, with numbers almost eclipsing both competitors combined. And the most valuable console gaming brand, Xbox, saw their console slide well under 100k units this month despite promotions, including 100 dollars off Xbox One X. Also, Total War makes a surprise appearance on the list, edging out RAGE 2. Team Sonic Racing appears to be a washout (memo: Sonic isn't popular anymore) wheezing in at #19.
