Nintendo Selects Updated: Two ACTUAL N64 updates and Mario Maker, all for 3DS

Took them long enough to drop SF 64 3D. Almost bought it recently at one of my local record stores, but instead bought a PS1 game (Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets). I know people bashed it for not having online multiplayer, but honestly, Star Fox 64 had dated multiplayer even back then as it was already outdone by Goldeneye and Mario Kart shortly after, so to me, it would've been like polishing a piece of crap.

Majora's Mask 3D though? This sums it up:

Never did like Majora's Mask. Reliving the same day over and over again sounds cool in theory, but like Bill Murray's character discovers in Groundhog Day, it's really a monotonous hell.

Best news is star fox 3d as getting the original is like 70 dollars from some sellers unless you buy used.

Yes, an affordable starfox 64 on 3ds. At last.

I'm sure they'll use the original non select box as a reason to keep those prices high.

@Bread_or_Decide: True, I am not really a collector though so I will be fine with selecta. Especially since doesn’t the selects include updated version that you would have to download on original box?

Got Star Fox and Majora's Mask already, but not Mario Maker, never had any desire to play that.

Agreed. Still think it's a better game than OOT though.

Large parts of OOT is simply running from one end of the map to the other on fetch quests. Boring as shit.

I was waiting for mario maker to get ported to switch, but now that its just 20 on ds I might bite and get it for my 2dsxl

The problem with Mario Maker on the 3DS is that Nintendo forgot to include the part where you could freely share levels with other players. That's, like, the whole point of the game.

Lol star fox was in the garbage bins already for 5 bucks for ages. Not sure anybody still stock them or any 3DS games for that matter.

20 bucks in 2019 way to expensive. make it 5 bucks for all 3 of them and maybe i could care.

It's always nice when it out of print title gets the select treatment. I will pick up Star Fox for sure.
