This about the whole thing about Birdo's gender.

She/He goes to court for going in the wrong bathroom and says a vibrating "thing" at his/her home will prove he/she is a woman right?

But in some cases, some guys actually own this vibrating "thing" and are not intersted in women. You obviously know what I mean.

So how can this prove Birdo is a male or a female?

And Birdo has always been a female. She is pink and wears a ribbon on her head. If Nintendo wanted Birdo to be a dude, they would have made him blue and wears a cap.

Conker was the reason Nintendo decided to sell Rare. They disliked Rare for making such a game, but it is ok for Nintendo to do it?

In the recent game Captain Rainbow, you have to save Birdo from court because "it" was found in the woman's bathroom.

The "proof" that Birdo is infact a woman, is a toy which isn't appropriate for this board.

However, the point was, this in no way proves that Birdo is/was a woman. There are homosexual males out there who own the same device.

Manuals claim it's a he, but it would prefer to be acknowledged as a she.

Besides, using the wrong pronoun would offend birdo or birdetta, would it not?

Even if the character doesn't exsist, its better to call the character "it".

It obviously wants to be a female, but in manuals says it a male.
