Nintendo leaks Kirby Fighters 2, then confirms it's real shortly after.

For those who don't know, Kirby fighters started as a side game in the 3DS game, Kirby Triple Deluxe and got an enhanced version on the eShop. This is a sequel to that. It was an interesting distraction.

Why I am seeing this as a Kirby-centric version of Super Smash Bros.?

I don't think I've ever really gotten into a Kirby game.

The only Kirby game I got into was Kirby's Pinball Land for the Gameboy.

Nintendo ain't even trying anymore. This is just sad.

You should try Kirby Super Star Ultra Nintendo DS if you can cause that's the only Kirby game I love the most despite I played the original on SNES. Also, Kirby 64 was alright.
