Nintendo goes multiplat? (castlevania&Contra)

so apparently konami will release a castlevania collection and a contra collection. on PC/xbox/ps4/switch

But get this... the games will include the Gameboy castlevanias & the nes/snes castlevanias :-o

the wierd thing with Contra is the arcade version of contra and i think the NES one will not be included.

Let's laugh at the Switch price.

How are Castlevania and Contra games on the NES and SNES means that Nintendo is going multiplatform? It may mean that the games are no longer exclusive to Nintendo's systems.

When the game releases on the same day on switch and other platforms the price is always the same ?

I was trying to jazz up my title. Still you have to admit its pretty weird to see.

@uninspiredcup: yeah normally I would but Switch has that nes emulator thing, wouldn't be surprised if they showed up on that besides the snes games.

This is awesome news. The arcade collection is ok but I’m very hyped for the Castlevania and Contra collections.

That's probably the biggest problem I have with the Switch. Everything else is fine. I'm even okay with the weak battery life. But the game prices kill me!!

Yea everyone says it's not on Nintendo, that it's the publishers that decide the price, but for some strange reason all publishers seem to think it's fair price to charge far more on Switch yet cheaper on other platforms.

More demands by fanboys for reasons unclear.... I wonder how many of these remasters up reups are actually getting played to completion?

They might be fine by the sales perspective I guess... I just get the feeling most of them ask for the games and then don't really ever get them or deal with it kinda...
