All he said was that there were worse E3s and people are overeacting and you were all like, "its 2012, stop living in the past" like he wasn't aware of the year :| You can forget about the past if you want but some of us like to have a little bit of perspective. Anyone thinking this is the worst E3 hasn't seen clips of how bad some have been in the past. See Jamie Kennedy's 2007 Activision conference for one.

Ea saying they will announce games for the Wii U later in the year - Saw this yesterday. The sports games are essentially on everything - what's more interesting is probably whether they have companies like Visceral making Dead Space for it or whether they'll publish/fund a Wii U version of Crysis 3.

How Nintendo will handle the Miiverse - This is new, and not unexpected.

That's a pretty coherent post minus a few typos. But okay, continue to be an silly, I'm also not butt hurt because someone doesn't like Nintendo. I've been on SW since 2008 where the Wii was nothing but a white box to laugh at. I think I can handle someone not liking a billion dollar corporation. Why don't you just stick to th subject at hand?

Well why don't we discuss whether you think after this E3, we're set to see a decline overall for holiday sales given the big games releases, tactical price cuts from Sony and MS and the launch of the WiiU? Discuss games, discuss support. I think there is a lot to talk about instead of getting trolled by uber fanboy flake.

It's perhaps why Nintendo don't want to announce their release date and price - because they know it will happen too and want to make sure they won't be undercut too much by the current gen consoles - which are still very much competition. If Sony and MS move first then I think the $250 to $300 price range is possible for Nintendo. If they don't do anything I expect something more along the lines of $300 to $350.

Prospective launch date is essentially October - since they won't want to miss November Thanksgiving/Holiday shopping - and it coincides with Ass Creed 3's release.

I don't think the Wii U will make up for the declines in other hardware sales.

I have an idea. Nintendo should make an appearance at Quakecon 2012. It would allow then to reveal more third-party and first-party launch and launch window games.
