yep, Warhammer has been riddled with problems already, and it wasn't too long ago when tons of people were getting their accounts hacked and the customer service reps did nothing about it, and now this?

i seriously hope that EA learns from this debacle and makes sure Bioware is setup with the best vendors and CSR, stuff like this kills MMO's

If this problem is wide spread enough WAR is going to be done. From what I had heard,WAR was finally beginning to stabilize the amount of people they had left from the user base free fall that took place when Wotlk came out..
