With my system specs, I got 30 fps outside (steady though, vsynced) , Vsync off it hovers in the 40's. When looking in the distance and turning fast, goes 30'ish. Indoors easily steady 60 fps, but that's indoors.
I got everything on max besides the distance view slider, that's on default (50 percent ish). I'm playing on 1080p.
Looking at console hd videos, the view distance is a lot less and the overall quality as well. It seems like the texture resolution is lower. The performance seems to be fine on console and pc ( if you adjust your quality settings to your hardware of course) They didn't lie about the recommended settings though.
Apart from that, since there aren't many reviews out there yet...
