MS needs to release a GPU that can connect to your xb1

if ms realsed an external gpu to connect to the xb1 it wouild solve all of the performance issues, itd certainyl make me buy an xb1. as long as it was less than 100$

R7-250 only has 6 CUs to 8 CUs and it's worst than X1's IGP with 12 CUs.

So 500 console. 100 dollar add on GPU. 60 dollars 1 Year Xbox Live. 150 dollar 2 year warranty for the consoles inevitable RROD.

810 dollars for a console that doesn't even include games (doesn't have any anyway) and no controllers.

And it's still weaker than the PS4.

MS needs to release a ps4.

Fragmenting the user base is not worth it.

If you have a PC buy a 7850 problem solve you can find it for like $140,if you don't buy a PS4 and save your self the pain.

What happens if games are designed around that new gpu. All the xbox one's without that gpu will have a way harder time running games that use that gpu.The opposite can apply to. MS will also have to redesign the xbox one to compensate for this gpu

If you want a modular gaming platform, get a Steam machine or build a PC. Xbox, for all intents and purposes, is a closed-platform with locked hardware and won't be changing anytime soon.

MS should have made a proper gaming console. Good luck having an external GPU hooked up through USB..LOL, they would have had to build the console with some sort of fast expansion port. But past history has shown that it's a bad idea to have mandatory hardware add-ons on consoles.

So, it's kind of like the external GPU that's available for laptops. They're hard to find. But, I've seen a few at a trade show somewhere.

XB1 is strong enough imo. Bring me the games.

That's a stupid idea and wouldn't work. So many wouldn't buy it and the devs would stick to the systems specs for the most part because of it, which in turn would mean you just bought a paper weight because the devs don't bother taking advantage of it due to them caring more about sells and they wouldn't want to cut into those sells by alienating a large part of the userbase.
