Most people are not going to buy Xbox again without new exclusive IPs

The player base is TIRED of Halo, Gears, and Forza. You can only milk people for so long, unless you are CoD, and even then, their sales have been declining pretty harshly.

I will NEVER buy the next xbox unless MS comes up with new ideas or better games; just like Nintendo. They came up with a good console, thus, I bought it.

I already decided Xbone S will be my final Xbox console.

Halo is meh. Gears 4 sucks. And this system has like 5+ Forza games already. I still have not beat Forza 5 yet. I have enough Forza to last me the next decade.

I am done with Microsoft.

I hated NSMB, SMG1&2, Mario Kart Yawn, Hate Zelda, Mario Maker was 15 years too late, Pokemon has sucked after Gold/Silver, Donkey Kong peaked on SNES, Kirby was never good, SSB peaked on GameCube, F Zero/Star Fox always sucked, Pikmin is LOL worthy, Splatoon is a joke....

Then add in all the Wii/Wii u/switch mini game collections....

Agreed. I don't see myself ever buying an xbox again until microsoft releases some more compelling games. If anything, i can play them on PC regardless

Disagree. I have all three of the current systems and a "gaming" PC (shitty Alienware Alpha), and I primarily play on my Xbox One. My friends are invested in the Xbox ecosystem and exclusives on other systems won't change that. I am also no where near tired of Forza (FH3 is fucking unreal) or Halo. Gears has always been meh so I'll give you that one :)

I'm not sure that's true. There are people who don't care or know about exclusives (or good games). If they just want to make a stable profit they don't need exclusives. MS is right that making exclusives is risky.

What does it even do different other than struggle with 4K? The Forza, Halo, Gears thing is so boring now. If they were at least good games like Nintedo with the same old Zelda, Mario and Metroid stuff.. well at least they are good games lol. Well, I know I'm one of them that won't be buying one without any real reason. I'm not going to go out and buy a 4K TV just to appreciate better graphics on games that I'll never play on it.

I use my PC, Xbone, Switch, and 3DS more than my PS4. Hell i even use my Vita more than the PS4.

I agree, PS4 and Switch at least have games worth owning. My PC already kicks the crap out of the Xbox One X (Scorpio), so why would I even consider this garbage platform for gaming.

Crud, the only reason I have the Xbox One S in the first place, is for the UHD BD Drive as it was cheaper buying a $200 bundle than buying a stand alone player.
