More Gamescon news. Halo MCC hit gamepass in September! With X1X enhancements. DayZ coming to xbox game preview also!

'Halo: The Master Chief Collection hits Xbox Game Pass 1st September 2018, Microsoft has announced.

The Master Chief Collection, which includes Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 3 and Halo 4, launches on Xbox Game Pass with new features and enhancements, such as improved matchmaking, offline LAN, faster load times and customisable installation options.

The update to the which is available to all players, also adds Xbox One X visual enhancements such as 4K UHD resolution. All four games run at 60 frames per second.'

'Meanwhile, Microsoft announced an Xbox Game Pass app, which is out today, as well as a few new games coming to the service, including Hitman Season: 1, Ruiner and Ryse: Son of Rome.'

Still waiting for MCC come to PC.

Sounded like another garbage show. Xbox backing away from b/c, didn't reveal the Washburn thing, X1 enhancements for a game no one should care about anymore. And don't dare ask about Crackdown. The game MS can't seem to find the right time to tell everyone is cancelled.

So is DayZ a console exclusive?

Nice. I already have The Master Chief Collection but that’s definitely a really good addition for Game Pass. The Xbox One X update is really cool as well.

Would think it was already on Gamepass.

I was hoping to hear news on H3:ODST for the MCC.

The MCC news made my day, this is one of the finest gaming packages in existence, I cannot wait to replay it on the X!

Also coming to Early Preview is the highly acclaimed "Hunt Showdown", heard great things about this one from the PC gamers!

i hope it doesn't. Everyone on this forum reiterates every single day how xbox has no games but then on the other hand you all want them to put everyone of their games on PC so you can claim "xbox has no games"

No. It's already on the PC in Early Access form.

It's been the place where Bohemia Interactive has been rebuilding their engine. The original concept never could be properly executed on the ArmA 2 or 3 engine so they decided to use the project as the living test ground for their reworked engine.

Of course this means DayZ has been in development forever with no end in real sight.

fixed it for ya. While i won't buy crackdown 3, it doesn't mean i won't at least try it through gamepass.

It's gotta just be a matter of time at this point.

LOL! I don't care if you get Crackdown 3 or not, I'm just having my doubts that it's gonna make it.

dayz is better than any battle royale game out there and beyond, at least imo. This is going to be great but of course I'm not a preview member, I hope I can download it anyway.

Yeah, probably. I want it mostly to play the first Halo's multiplayer. Played it a lot on PC back in the day, would be fun to relive it.

I want MCC on PC. I still own MCC on Xbox, even though I gave my Xbox to a buddy. Just in case I ever buy an X just to play it.

If people thought pubg ran bad on xbox, just wait :D

Excited for MCC getting an XB1X update, and the Game Pass addition will be a good reason to revisit it as well as a close friend of mine doesn't have the MCC but has Game Pass and will totally play through all the campaigns with me when it's available on Game Pass.
