@Chutebox: skyrim is a masterpiece. It sounds like you don’t understand art. Maybe you should go back to coloring.
@Chutebox: so edgy, what other popular games do you hate? Tell me about the indies you like so much!
It's kinda sad that modding for consoles is worthy of a thread.
This, and also only 60? Game is 10 years old, PS5 should be getting over 60 if it is as powerful as people claim it i---
oh who am I kidding, it's no where near as "powerful" as people claim it is. It's a console!
@Pedro: by the time it releases i fully expect a mid-gen xbox upgrade to be out in the wild...or at least xbox studios getting the full potential out of the 12.15 tflops/Rdna 2
yes i can confidently claim 4k-60
It is a bit odd to be confident about something you have no control over in addition to lacking information. 🤷♀️
@Archangel3371: Like all his threads. They’re either abandoned, laughed at or closed.
Not surprising from someone who thinks the x1x is better than the xss.
@davillain-: I remember when you had to put effort into a thread yet somehow his link and 3 words is enough lol
The biggest mistake was playing Skyrim on a console in the first place. It's bad enough on PC unless you throw some mods on there.
I think the mod on PC that fixes the wonky Havock physics tied to the framerate is much more cool myself. Been around for at least 2 years now, and allows for gameplay up to 120fps without compromises. In addition to Skyrim, this fix works on Oblivion, Fallout 3, and Fallout: New Vegas. I also think there is one for Fallout 4 as well. Available on the Nexus!
I'm currently playing Fallout: The Frontier with it (New Vegas Tick Fix) and it's so much more fluid.
@DragonfireXZ95: consoles have modding, and you don’t have to worry about viruses from downloading mods because.
Good for them. Welcome to PC gaming in 2011.
I'd be more impressed when you can install SKSE on consoles.

TBF, anything past 60 FPS on Bethesda games is bad and breaks the game(and people shit on CDPR for bugs).

Crap mods that don't do much. Can't do major mods like Frostfall or Beyond Skyrim or Enderal. Mods that involve scripting and what not.
Also, no. All Skyrim mods pretty much come from Nexusmods and they screen everything for viruses.
PS5 partying like it's 2011. Pathetic bunch. Got nothing to play? Waste of $500 bucks imo, I'd be pissed off too.

Frostfall and Beyond are on the xbox i think. MS allows larger mod file sizes than sony does though.
You might be right, but they are likely the non-script versions of them, meaning missing lots of features.
If they have any scripting I guess. Been a long time since I've delved into Skyrim modding. I think I remember Fores New Idles, Alternate start - Live another Life, and SkyUI utilizing SKSE.
Alternate start and the HUD mods are amazing. Fores new idles is really just eye candy.
