I saw Sheeva and Sektor in the video. There were the Tarkartans, Shokans, and some other races behind Kitana. I don't the other races, but there some tribal looking people with red skin, and saw a female with a green face. Kitana is fighting the good fight right? So, why is shown fighting Cassie Cage? She is shown trying to kill with her fans. I find pretty odd even tho those two are from different timelines.

Just find a mate, or group of friends on your level and have fun, all that matters really, unless you're planning to go to Evo.

Really wish they would make a story driven mk game, trailer and lore looks so cool! Unfortunately I have zero interest in fighting games...

Oh yea, I forgot cyrax is in the game too. I get mixed between cyrax and sektor. So, the one I saw was cyrax. Sektor makes a quick less than a second camoe. He is the one shooting the flamethrower. Since cyrax and sektor is in the game I wonder if smoke will be in the game, the cyberized version. Also, it is assumed that Frost will be in the roster. The lastest rumor is that she might be cyberized. That is a lot of cyber ninjas. I wonder how they are going balance all of the cyber ninjas like having 5-6 ninjas already in the game.

The last two games basically were 5 hour movies.

This is the case with many fighting games now, DBZF, basically an anime movie, SF5, a very very shitty movie that's nowhere near as good as the actual animated movie were we see Chun Li fight in her panties and Bison take on two plebs at once.

Oh yea they had that Alpha movie as well, it sucked. Instead of Akuma some weird, robot scientist man. And then tease an Akuma fight at the end to flip the audience off.

Can't wait been playing since the arcade days.

I've been watching it for awhile before this trailer, was wondering whne MK was going to regain relevance and try and push anything since it had been relatively stagnant...

It definitely seems like they are making an extra effort with this.

All this time, I've been wondering why did I put this game on my Steam wishlist. I hardly played MK9, and didn't buy MKX even after they apparently fixed it.

Then I saw D'Vorah's fatality.

Yeah, now I remember why.

Still going to buy it in a sale.

The old story lines from 1-3 is better.

Didn't like those games, preaching to the wrong choir.

What was your beef with MK 1-3? Or were you just a SF guy/gal?

The games are fucking clunky. Compare it with other games at the time like KOF.SF/SS etc... those all still play well today.

Can't talk about the later entires as I missed most of them. MK9 was alright.

I didn't know where to post this or create a new thread so I'm going to just post it here. I saw some gmeplay of MK 11 on youtube last night before it was copyrighted. Just to be safe, I'm going to white tape the spoilers. Viewer discretion is advised. Frost is in the game. Kotal Kahn has a love interest with one of Shao Kahn's daughters. Shao Khan is one of the main antagonist in the game and is involved in the story.Cetrion is netruel in the game.

I love that they used that song from the Mortal Kombat movie for the trailer.

Back then, you didn't need long cutscenes to tell a story in a game.

I'm reading alot on forums about massive grind walls that make Shadow OF Mordor seems fair. Sounds pretty fucking dodgy.

I think i'll pick it up, just to get an active fighting game as this will probably sell quite well. I'll be able to support third wave feminism and help my fellow sisters in their on-going struggle.

The classic MK theme fits perfectly. Way better than the Kanye West sh*t
