MGS4 Xbox 360 release??

So I just beat it (on my cousin's PS3), and it had me wondering how many people TODAY buy a PS3 for MGS4. It's not even sold a million in Japan (780,000 units), and 4.78m total. It's definitely successful, but why not release it as an online game for the 360? Economically speaking, would Microsoft get more money from the sales of the game released to tens of millions of potential customers compared to bandwidth costs? This is also more of Konami's benefits, and considering it's been 2 years since release, I don't see the big deal about Sony fans complaining about no more exclusivity..
