lol, i knew it. TWITCH STREAMING ON XB1!! finally

i had an ongoing feeling that they would have their Twitch streaming feature launch along side the Titanfall release....and lookie here!! lol...they know they have something big with this game.

Playstation 4 still has no video chat... not even 720p while Xbox One has 1080p video chat

Also in PS4 you need to go lobby, create twitch lobby and settings before you can do anything while with Xbox One you just say it with voice chat and thats it, no menu or lobby thing. Easy, fast and simple.

That is not a shock since almost every feature on The One is better and it better be because it is a serious differentiator for MSoft.

You talking about streaming from the PS? if so then no you don't.. just hit share and broadcast. If you are talking about video chat with someone else well... i honestly didn't even know the PS4 could do that... thats how little I care about video chat... i suspect that view is reflected by most gamers.... other than xboners

I watch twitch streaming all the time. No one cares about the resolution of your webcam as long as its clear. It only takes up 10% of the screen at the bottom right/left. I am positive that the video game resolution is way more important especially when watching "source".

Twitch isn't as bad as it sounds. You should give it a shot.

just press button and name stream. why would not want to name it? Instead on xbone having to struggle with poor voice control. What point of 1080p stream on xbone if game are not this resolution LOL. Just use up bandwith.

Shout at your console three times to turn on streaming. Why would anyone think that's a good idea?

A week or two ago, the top stream channel on ps4 twitch was some guy who had his ps camera on another tv playing titanfall on the xbox lol.

We all knew it was coming. Twitch and Microsoft said they were still working it out on launch and it would be available after.

Well, the Twitch software certainly looks better than it does on the PS4 but yet again MS showing off those gimmicky voice commands.

MS is doing everything they can to try and make TF look like it is more than it is. They KNOW they need that knockout punch... so they are trying to buy success... it has worked for them in the past several times, so I guess we will see what happens.

M$ said at launch Twitch was eventually coming, it's now coming with TF.

Incorrect. There's a "share" button right on the Playstation 4 controller.

But, congratulations to Microsoft for getting this feature. Even if it is four months late it's actually quite useful and it honestly was the most "next-gen" thing I've experienced on the Playstation 4.

Kinda flawed logic though... Twitch saves all of your streams, so its in some ways simply a much larger scale capture service. showing certain things to your friends is never a bad thing either.

It just opens the doorway to more gaming personalities aswell, not always for the best.

Good for Xbox it's about time you got Twitch enjoy it, it's an awesome feature!

I really have no desire for this stuff. It might be fun listening to people scream over and over again "xbox broadcast" on the mic until it actually works.

I realize that was a failed attempt at being funny, but there are always Resogun streams going on.

Looking forward to trying this, but I have to say the 'xbox record that" feature is something that I use a lot, and its implementation via upload within the X1 ecosystem works very well, and this will only add to this. Damn I should have taken march 11 off work.....it's gonna be a crazy day
