... If, and this is a doosey of an "if", blu-ray were to win the format war do think that MS would support it eventually?

i think they would support it ASAP. They wouldn't want the PS3 to have any advantage over their console.

I think MS already stated way back that if blu ray won, they would support it in the same fashion they are supporting hd dvd right now.

:lol: Really, or do just mean videogameing MS? Cause the whole thing shutting down because of a format war loss would be crazy.

If blu-ray won the war i think MS would have to consider supporting it for the xbox 3. 

I think they would decide not to support it and go for a downloadable movies and game service instead.

I dont think they would because blueray belongs to sony therefor, if they start supporting it sony starts making money...

I can already tell you it won't win, period... but.... IF it did. I don't see why MS wouldn't. It's money to be made.

Of course. It's not like Sony didn't support VHS after Betamax (I think that was its name) failed.
