Microsoft allows user generated content in Halo 3 and Forza 2. But that's conent created in game on the 360. Mods in UT3 are not allowed.
Question: Does MS only allow it's 1st partry devs to make games with user generated content?

UT3's mod editor is on the PC. If the map editor/x editor is on the 360, Microsoft has no problem with it.

Exactly. In that case LBP should be possible over XBL with no restrictions right? I don't see why it wouldn't considering everything would be created in game on the console.
"PlayStation Network has become a more robust online"
This is where I stopped reading. This article is no different from a SW poster. The author is using his own personal opinions, and future speculation to create a somewhat, bias point.
I hardly see the connection between LBP and XBL.
Wow! 12 months of DLC? Maybe this will last long. Maybe they'll allow us to implement our own music into our levels as well. :D
I wonder what Microsoft will do next. haha
What's stopping the 360 of getting a 2d platformer with user generated content ?AtrumRegina
the fact that they don't own MM

Apparantly, he doesn't think that when more PS3s are sold, more people will get on PSN...

I believe he meant that it has improved, but not better than XBL.
The authour of that article seemed unbiased.

He didn't mean it's more robust than XBL. He said it's become more robust than what it used to be.

You can put as many words in my mouth as you wish, but I'm not going to take as fact, what an editor thinks about the potential of user-generated content from one intellectual property to the closed policy of an entire network. He makes some points that I agree on, but does individual points are not related enough to support an otherwise speculated conclusion. LBP "to" embarrass XBL. How could a legitimate editorial even name an article like that.
