I'm more interested in story and setting. But yeah, the game looks great.

It needs more low res 2d foliage, otherwise it won't be good enough.

Looks great and the character customisation is second only to Black Desert (nothing else comes close to that). I hope it plays as well as it looks.

I wonder if it has enough grass to keep PS4 fans happy? It's apparently getting a console release as well at some point.

I kinda wanna play it as a walking simulator, just exploring. The other stuff they have shown does look like jank-city, but I agree the enviroments are stellar and def the high point of what I have seen so far (don't remember when I last watch gameplay, maybe it's much smoother now of course).

UC4 is a movie game, not an open world game. Please read the title. Also please stop acting like a bunch of games on PC don't already blow away UC4. You should have used Bfront or Witcher3 as an example.

Disagree. The detail is there but the shading makes the world feel artificial. The sun washes out the colors too much. It doesn't look like they are fully utilizing physically based rendering, or if they are, their material artists or lighting guys suck.

I have no doubt the game will be great and pretty, but compared to what I've seen the Unreal 4 engine able to pump and even what Star Citizen is able to get out of the CryEngine's renderer, I am not going to crown this game a king of anything graphical.

how is that blurry? It's overly bright, not like someone smeared vaseline all over it ala the blur 1866
