Wow, gotta love this. Just hype this game even more so that if it has one flaw like a pixellated texture 3 miles away from the playing field, it gets an 8.5. Best game ever? You're setting yourself up for failure. I think it will be fantastic, but not the best ever. Zelda OOT, Half-Life 2, and a few other titles come to mind when I think of that...
I don't know if its the best game ever, but it does look pritty fun... I'm going to wait till we are closer to release to say anything else about it...
Best Console FPS I think it will be.. I have heard nothing but overwhelming praise from people I know that are in the beta, These guys arent just saying its fun and great they go out of their way praising it saying its the best shooter they have ever played and says it kills other shooters like Gears, Resistance 2 and COD.. I think this will score a 9.5 imo, just wait until Dec 4th when the single player will be talked about more in depth from all the sites.. game is going to be huge.
It also comes out the perfect time.. Feb, right around the time when gamers get bored of the games they got for Christams and also right around the time people get tax return money back and right around the time where new console owners, people that just got the PS3 for Christmas start looking at games to buy.. All sony has to do is market it like there is no tommorow and it could easily sell 3 million worldwide within 24 hours

To be fair, I don't think there was a Killzone 1 beta. That being said, I do agree this game is getting wayyyyy too much hype.Â
As far as Im concerned GG is still an unproven dev, mediocre at best. But they are an unproven dev with a much larger pool of resources this time around- Bigger team, bigger budget, open beta, outside influences and longer dev time. Killzone 2 can go either way...but it is looking good at this point, a redemption for the franchise. Im not going to hold my breath though, as I said it smells to much like Killzone 1
A game that is not out and a sequel to a giant flop is already being called the best game ever?!? Why am I not shocked that it is PS3 fans hyping a game like this?
