Apparently with the slightest amount of lag, the Online Versus match drops to an AI bot match, thus there is no true online multiplayer and matches can go differently for both players.

The Fighting Game Community is going to DESTROY this game just for this reason alone. Goodbye EVO14.

This is what happens when you only read the OP in a SonyGAF thread.

"This is from the Double Helix forums in the Killer Instinct Bug Reporting Thread.

MULTIPLAYER DESYNCHRONIZATION:

User States: It seems like players in an exhibition match will desynchronize after a certain amount of rematches. The opposing player from either side will appear to not do anything and once the round is finished the lobby will close.

User States: Desynch is causing both players to see a victory screen from they're perspective. Thus, giving the illusion to a player that he won the match.

Dat damage control...lol

Did you see the video.?

This is not what is happening in that video, the characters are moving and fighting, and you can clearly see that the moves one character do on one video are completely different in the other, this is a disaster.

KI the ultimate fighting game for scrubs, don't want to lose a game don't worry you won't on KI every one wins...hahahaa

Some would argue (and with good reason) that buying a console, then only playing one game is silly. That's like buying a house because you like the TV in the media room. I can understand a single game being a catalyst to get a console, but rarely do people only play one game on a console.

I think I need to get revert my thinking to SW logic. I've been in the real world for a couple of days...

What the heck....

The game apparently deysncs and puts you against AI at times, which is why the netcode seems so smooth.

What a joke this is.

Have other games done this or is this a new low?

Better bring in the fight-atars.

In short, nothing to see here, beyond an infrequent occurrence of a match disconnect. Put down the torches and go home, people.

I think it's hilarious that DSP, of all people, is the one who rumble Double Helix's con.
