for the 360 if they had the extra year the PS3 had. It would have made the PS3 version look like Morrowind.

Not to that extent, no. But we would have seen some improvement, but I don't think it would be that much of a difference between the two versions... :|

Bethesda is lazy. They would have just made more forest, made the Radiant AI even less realistic and had more Oblivion plains to stroll through.

Man... I really need to go and get a copy of Morrowind...

rofl, they didnt work an extra year on oblivion for ps3, they finished that port in just few months.
