In order to calm down console gamers on IGN, who apparently are having unprecedented circle jerk orgy there over recent Batman: Arkham Knight scandal on PC, to the point that IGN has started to ban some commenters for using sexual and racial slurs against PC gamers, IGN releases 17 Huge Upcoming PC Exclusives on its front page.

Dreadnought looks awesome, and judging from gameplay I've seen I don't see why the game needs to be a PC exclusive. The game looks simple enough to be played with just a gamepad, and visually surely a good console port can be produced. I realize it's supposed to be a "free to play" game where you pay for the different ships. I think they could easily make an Xbox One and PS4 port of the game, either do the F2P structure or they could even just bundle all the micro-transactions into one modestly priced package, as well as release future content piece by piece or maybe in bundles as well.

Exactly. At this point pc is purely a console port platform with Korean MMO's.

The only "master" going on is how they masterfully managed to dig their own grave in the early 2000's.

But Console revenue dropping while PC , mobile and tablet gaming are growing, totally means PC gaming is dying and it's the tablets wot did it..

Torment will probably go to consoles since it's inXile and it uses turn based combar. Well, maybe. Assuming Wasteland 2 doesn't bomb there. Torment is a very story driven game, on top of being a CRPG.

That's software figures not including hardware but a guess would be that mobile is pissing on everyone from a high height (I don't actually know)

Dreadnought is not just F2P multiplayer game. It'll have episodic campaign too. They said, its story will rival Spec Ops: The Line. But I think Campaign part of the game will be released after the multiplayer part, due to lack of resources.

Except that even with Mobile gaming on the rise in China and South Korea PC gaming continues to grow and remain dominate unlike Japan where even handhelds are starting to lose to tablets and smart phones.
