If you could play only one game in 2018 what would it be?

As much as I love my exclusives, I think Red Dead Redemption 2 would be it. And there are so many great games coming out next year. But getting a Rockstar game is special, especially this franchise. So that’s my pick. What about you, SW?

I can't answer that until I play them, but Red Dead is definitely on my list. Kingdom Come Deliverance really has me interested too.

If it has to be a 2018 game, probably DBFZ.

Existing game, probably SFV.

Dragon Age Inquisition 2. It doesn't exist though, yet. Failing that, Halo 6.

I'm guessing really because there is nothing announced definitely for next year that I would outright claim as my most wanted.

Yakuza Kiwami 2. Yakuza 2 is my favorite in the series after Zero, so I can't wait to play it in the dragon engine.

I can easily see myself wasting hours playing Virtual On and Virtua Fighter 2 alone, lol.

Skyrim VR. Without a doubt.

If it's a 2018 game, then Far Cry 5. Or the new Metro. Or RDR2. Hard to decide.

I don't know what is coming out, lol. I think Age of Empires remastered, yes?

Out of the games that are currently announced., probably Red Dead Redemption.

I've been playing since spring, Stalker: Call of Pripyat and its standalone mod, Call of Chernobyl. It's going to continue well into next year until Far Cry 5 releases.

It would definitely be Morrowind. I can't stop playing it

Aww man, if there's only one game I gotta play in 2018, it's Mount and Blade II: Bannerlord and I'm still looking forward to playing that game then anything else.

I wanna say SQ42, but we all know that's not gonna happen.

Knowing next to nothing about it, I'd still say Metroid Prime 4.

I don't even know what games are coming out next year. I just... I don't care. I barely finished any of the 2017 games I played. Very few of these devs understand fun anymore or are even trying to be unique.

It's hard to say since we don't know the full official release schedule yet... especially on the Xbox side.

But it'd be a toss up between RDR2 & Ori 2 for me, so far.

Does it have to be a game releasing next year? Probably Pokemon Switch in that case.

Otherwise it'd be Minecraft, Breath of the Wild, or something from the Dark Souls trilogy.

Both of these are prime contenders, but I'm also super intrigued with Hunt: Showdown. I love the setting, and love how they're doing what Evolve should've; with ambient sounds and having to pay attention.

Coolyfett agree with you. RDR2 is the most have. RDR was very immersive and that is what gaming is all about.

Kingdom Hearts 3

Red Dead Redemption 2

But if we’re talking about any games, OW and Destiny 2 (with their updated content) would be probably top the list.

Yeah RDR2, love westerns, loved RDR, hopefully it has great characters like the first with a good story. Metroid Prime 4 and Metro I am looking forward to greatly as well.

That's a very hard question. I'm into Skyrim right now, which you can play forever, so that's a good option. But if Metroid Prime 4 came out tomorrow, I probably wouldn't think of touching anything else for a while.

The Last of Us Part II if it comes out in 2018.
