If I eat a 3DS cartridge, will I die?

I am planning on eating a 3DS cartridge of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D.

I think it will be a fitting tribute to a game series I love so much, to have it always be "inside" of me. Even though the cartridge will pass through my body in a day or two, since our bodies extract nutrients from food there would be some type of infusion taking place, and I am sure I will absorb some of the game's code and have it deposited and absorbed into my body.

I originally wanted to do it with the gold cartridge of the N64 original, but I realized I would have to break the cartridge into pieces to be able to ingest it, and that will probably reduce the chances of whole code being assimilated into my body.

I checked into the science of it and digesting small quantities of plastic would cause negligible damage at best, and I think any "minor stomachache" that may result will be far outweighed by the satisfaction of knowing that part of my favorite game is always within my spirit.

But I want to run it by you all, it can't be too unhealthy, right?

How similar is a 3DS cart to an SD card? Because it looks like an SD card is safe to swallow

I am planning on having it with some liquor. Since the liver and stomach are so close together, it would increase the chances of Zelda code spreading to other areas of my body if pieces of it travel the same route as the alcohol does for digestion.

Well a 3DS cart has chips in it which are soldered to the board itself, so there's lead, an SD card doesn't have external chips as far as I am aware. Also some 3DS carts contain a lithium button battery, extremely toxic and are known to have killed children.

Yes. 3ds cartridges contain lethal dose of mercury and cyanide if consumed. I have lost two cousins to this.

Over 600 people die from 3ds cartridge poisoning a year. Don't be one of them.

I just checked the safety booklet that comes with 3DS games, the one with all the warnings on it, and it says nothing about not eating cartridges. So it should be safe, right?

I tried this with Game Gear carts, but it hurt a lot. I think the trick is to bake it into something, like cookies, to provide padding. Do you know how to make chocolate cookies?
