Yeah PS2 had a lot of amazing JRPGS. KH, KH2, FF10, FF12, DQ9, Rogue Galaxy, Dark Cloud 2...damn they're all simply beautiful games.

I liked Persona 3 and 4 better, but yeah its in my top 5 PS2 games.

Yeah PS2 had a lot of amazing JRPGS. KH, KH2, FF10, FF12, DQ9, Rogue Galaxy, Dark Cloud 2...damn they're all simply beautiful games.

The best PS2 RPG is either Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne or Shin Megami Tensei: Digital Devil Saga.

I liked FFX. One of my top 5 RPGs in the PS2. I found it way better than FFXII No order: 1. KH 1/2 2. Star Ocean 3 3. Persona 3/4 4. FFX 5. Tales of the Abyssdouble_heist

To each their own, I can see why people don't like Rogue Galaxy, but its presentation and gameplay system just suits the taste of people like me. ;)

I used to have a friend like you, he liked DQ8(oops just noticed I have a typo in my previous post lol) a lot, he even got way ahead of me in the game despite starting after me, but somehow he refused to finish the story and then I ended beat him to the ending. :P

The ending is heartbreaking.

How was Tales of Vesperia though? Compared to Tales of the Abyss. Oh and FFX's ending is teh best ever.double_heist

It's my favorite game of all-time, so I agree with you. But you should probably beat the game...

Absolutely....HATED final fantasy 10, sorry but Tidus pretty much destroyed any feelings I had towards that game.

Speaking of FFX. FFXIII will be developed by the FFX team. So if you hate FFX's system and whatnot, you MIGHT hate FFXIII. Just my 2 pence though. :Pdouble_heist

FF X (best game ever) and Persona 4 are my fav RPGs on the PS2.

The only SE games that I currently like are (not including ports/remakes of old games):

1. Star Ocean: Till The End of Time
2. Kingdom Hearts 2
3. Crystal Defenders :P

I'm still deciding upon Crisis Core and TWEWY though since I haven't finished them yet.

I liked DQ 8, Persona 3, ToA, and SO3 better. I would have liked even Radiata Stories better, but the ending were terrible...
