I may be forced to buy an Xbox One

I want Titanfall so bad. Its the only game in 2014 worthy of the $60 price tag. I got a uber powerful Alienware computer.

Well anyways, on BF3 I couldnt play any games online because punkbuster would kick me out for having no packet flow. I hear Titanfall is an EA game or something like that. So I hope I dont run into the same problem with Titanfall. That would basically make the game useless since its online only.

So if it doesnt let me play on pc, then I am going to have to buy an Xbox One to get my Titanfall fix.

Thats what sucks about pc, you have all these people cheating and whatnot. Makes people like me who dont cheat, get treated like cheaters. I dont think console even have punkbuster, so I should not run into any problem that come from that.

Multiplats like BF4 are delegated to my PC for the graphical advantage.

About to grab a second copy of BF4 for PS4, though. It seems a majority of my friends are console enthusiasts, and BF4 looks notably better on PS4 vs Xbone.

Xbox One is a good machine you buy it for Titanfall you are going to have a ton of other stuff to play.

It is a great choice you have made. I'm into BF4 right now and having a blast. TitanFall will be worth the wait. I love this gen so far!

xbone is great. I love all of its features. It is going to have some great games and I LOVE the TV aspect.

I can play it on my 360 so no need for me to buy a 720 until the Cheaper Kinect free version arrives

if you're just going to buy it for one game then I would suggest at least giving solving the packet flow issue another shot, there's gotta be countless forum threads on other sites you can Google that give numerous reasons for the issue as well as solutions

Titanfall should be a riot but better pack in alot to justify the cost with minimal dlc that needs to be purchased. If it can do that it's worth it. Now buying an X bone just for one game is a bit eccentric but to each their own.

I don't see the logic in wasting $500 on an xbone, $60 on the game, and another $60 for XBL. With taxes when it's all said and done your looking at around $700 just to play an average CoD shooter with mechs.

Dont bother, Kinect is the best thing about it. If you dont want to use voice commands gestures and motion gaming then your missing out on a huge part of the experience. I got mine at launch and spent about 2-3 hours just navigating the UI with commands and gestures. Its also great to use these features in games like Dead rising and Fifa. It makes sense to wait for it to be cheaper....but kinectless....no way. Having spent a lot of time with it... Its the one thing that stands out as a real next gen achievement.

Titan Fall is available on your Xbox 360, that should save you $500 as you can go and preorder the Xbox 360 version of TF today. I have many friends buying that version due to other friends not able or wanting a Xbone. As far as my friends: Some of us have an Xbone, some of us have both Xbone and 360. To play the multiplayer only TF game with all friends, the 360 version of Titan Fall is the version being reserved.

The PC TF version seems eliminated for you, but you didn't bring up the 360 version in your post at all. It was almost as if you didn't know it exists.

I really feel bad for people who think Alienware are good deals. They have good looking cases and that is about it.

This is the sentiment of many of my 360 gaming friends as well. Besides RL convos, we've had party chats on the game figuring out what version to buy so everyone can get involved.

So, I'll quote them both as the TC didn't seem aware the 360 Titan Fall is on the way.
