hpe for assassins creed?

so whats the hype here for assassins creed? just wondering.hattyporter

im not sure what the general consensus is, I personally think anywhere from 8.0-9.0

I am worried about Assassins Creed and may cancel my preorder. Now that it has been exposed that there is no jump button and the game just automaticly preforms the jumping for me, LAME. I have lost interest.Danthegamingman

that sucks, auto jump is lame

really? theres no jump?(link plz)i doubt it- in an interactive game like assassins creed, moving in any direction could potentially make you jump lol. if you can just start climbing up building, would that mean pressing against the side of a uilding will make you jump and grab on? or what about ledges above you? im pretty sure theres MANUAL jumping but then of course a link could prove me wrong. most of the appeal of assassins creed has been the interactiveness,they take off the jump button and i lose half my interest.

anyways, it seems good enough to be anywhere from 8.5 above- high AA/AAA

The way he moves through the environments... No jump button isn't that surprising to me. It wouldn't make sense to try tapping the jump button fast enogh to keep up. No jump button= not much of a change.

"What you're doing is being the guy in the setting, being chased. It's not about you will jump, you will climb, this is not what you are doing when you are being chased. The character will do a lot of stuff, from swinging on a beam, to climbing, to jumping, to hiding, four or five different behaviours, and what's really cool is they are all linked together now."

and tell me what you think? I don't think alot of gamers understand how this game controls are are not going to like it.

I reckon this game could be anywhere from 6.5-9, its hard t gauge.

I've played an early version of this game (which I can't talk about - thanks mods ;) lol ) but I very much doubt you will be looking at anything higher than an 8

People stoped hyping the game once it lost exclusivity. It no longer was a factor in Systew Wars.

If I had to guess I would say 8.5 here. The game looks great.
