On that note, still have yet to find a game in MCC matchmaking. Tried this evening, still nothing. At least I can quit out to the menu without having to terminate the process T_T

it takes days for it to accept though so its too late to enter now

i really like the spartan chatter, hardly anyone talks so at least this way u can know whats going on. the maps look to big for 8 players though, should be at least 12

Looks pretty good.

I've just played some - it's promising but what annoys me is narrow FOV that makes sharp turns when trying to melee someone up close impossible. This is why console FPS games will never be as competitive as their PC counterparts.

BTW match making works within seconds, but one of the maps felt like 30fps and the other more like 45. It didn't feel like 60fps of Titanfall.

still wouldn't buy an xbox one for this sadly Halo has been pretty stale to me now

I just got home and got the invite, downloading right now!

So far it is behaving a lot like an unfinished game, matchmaking takes forever. Played for about an hour so far and been a part of one game.

Mine took less than 1 minute, I'm serious. But then again I have 120mbps internet.

I think it has more to do with the number of people than the internet connection.

What I do know for certain: I am terrible at competitive multiplayer

What's the point in a beta a year before release?

I expected more of a "next gen" halo, this looks just terrible but maybe the singleplayer look better?

I think "beta" is more a term now than anything, not so much a developmental stage. All it infers is that you are playing an incomplete version of a game.

Maybe it is the boring hightech corridor artstyle have have big impact as well cuz it does not look as good/impressive like a forest/desert map can do imo

Could been some crap with IGN cuz i went and watched Halo 5 on twitch instead from other streamers and that worked fine.
