Dude Sekiro is a better hac & slash action game than GoW. GoW beats it in story, voice acting and the non gameplay stuff but as far as Gameplay? Lmao Sekiro is the best I played this generation
Whaaaat? Since when God of War was ever considered a best hack and slash? From what i know, it always had a reputation of the most casual hack and slash over there.
Gauntlet & Diablo take the cake over God of War any day and even Metal Gear Rising, I find that game to be much better then God of War 1, 2, 3. Platinum games are known to make good hack & slash games.

Dad of War doesn't hold a candle to the glory that is Devil May Cry or a parade of Japanese action games, but lets not get crazy. The Witcher 3 has significantly worse combat than Dad of War. Has way more bland enemies, way more bland bosses, all its achievements are literally the superficial shit: graphics, soundtrack, story.
@vaeh: in terms of content yes. but overall enjoyment, id still take gow anyday. i was exhausted playing witcher 3 though the map is massive, i feel every town is a ghost town u cant even interact with the people. i had to play the game on the highest difficulty just to enjoy the bland combat mechanics as it will force you to use alchemy. still its a good game no doubt but i feel its overrated.

Reminded me of Bladed Fury, which was also another vanillaware-style chinese sidescroller.
